Bride's vintage wedding hair comb with vintage gold and amethyst flower and leaf brooch.

This beautiful large decorative comb is one of a kind and measures just over 4" or 10.5 cm wide and 3.5" or 9cm high.

The centre vintage brooch is gold coloured with a flower and leaf design and is in immaculate condition. The three flowers have amethyst centres with sparkly crystal petals.

Five pale lilac organza flowers sit behind the brooch adding light as well as texture. Four have a 3mm round amethyst Swarovski crystal sewn into the centre.

There are seven 6mm black diamond and six 4mm amethyst Swarovski crystals on old gold wire sitting behind the design to give the comb height.

This design would be perfect worn on top of a bun or if you have thicker hair; it can also be worn at the side. I've kept the weight of the brooch (which isn't much) in the centre of the design so that it will feel light and even when you put it into your hair style.

I always use plastic comb in my designs because they are light, the colour doesn't interfere with the design and most importantly it will stay securely in your hair!
