How long will my order take?
Generally I quote at least a 14 day turn around time but I will be able to advise you of current delivery times when you contact me.
Need things Quicker?
If you need your order quicker, then please let me know as soon as possible. Most times I can usually do this for you but it's a good idea to check before you order.
If you do need a rush order, I ask that you upgrade to Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Service. If you decide to upgrade this charge will be passed on to you at cost. Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail.

In order to give you the best service I can, I always like to double check each order as it comes so please respond, if you can within 24 hours. If you take longer to reply, your order will get delayed.
I can proudly say that I have only ever had two returns in the last 19 years. Before I send your order, you will probably receive at least one photograph. If you would like any changes made, then I can do this for you before I post.
If for any reason you're not happy when you receive your order, please contact me straight away and I will do my best to sort it out for you. Items must be returned within 14 days and be in immaculate unworn condition. No refunds will be issued for late delivery if you haven't upgraded your delivery service.
I use Royal Mail's International Track and Trace Service. I will give you your parcel tracking number. Please keep an eye on your parcel so that you'll know when it's likely to be delivered to your address as you will need to sign for it. Unfortunately I cannot give a refund if your postal carrier has tried to deliver and you have not collected your parcel.Should your parcel be delivered back to me due to non collection, I will cover half the value of the return postage.
Non Delivery of Goods.If for some reason your order has not been delivered, please contact me as soon as possible. For worldwide deliveries I use Royal Mail Track and Trace service. Depending on where in the world you are, delivery times can be from 5 to 25 days. Please contact me within 30 days of non delivery so that I can investigate. Please be aware that different delivery companies only keep records for a certain period of time. Unfortunately I cannot refund or replace orders after 90 days after the estimated delivery date.
