This unusual style of vine is made from handmade paper lillies and cream coloured roses and contrasted with tiny gold glass beads.

This one is just over 8" but as with all my hair vine designs, you can change the shape of the vine by holding the centre wire between forefinger and thumb in one hand and repositioning the vine with your other hand.
