How to order from Kal’s Return Jewellery
We can accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch and Solo. If you prefer, you can also pay by cheque or postal order. Kal’s Return is not VAT registered so all prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
On receiving your order we will send you an Order Acknowledgement confirming details and price of the items that you have chosen. This will normally be sent by email.
If the goods that you have ordered are not available then we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the choice of either: - cancelling your order or - waiting until the goods are available.
We will endeavour to as accurate as possible regarding delivery dates.
Online:
When you have chosen your item(s) click on 'add to cart.'
When you have completed your choices, click on 'view cart,' decide on your payment method and follow on screen instructions.
Orders by Post:
We will need to know:
1) What item(s) you would like to order plus their product code numbers. 2) Your name and address (plus delivery address, if different.) 3) A telephone contact number (please note that Kal’s Return will only use landline telephone numbers.) 4) An email address if you have one.
You will also need to enclose payment along with your details. Our Address is:

Cheques are payable to Kal’s Return.
Orders by Telephone
If you prefer, we are able to accept orders by telephone and can accept credit card payments this way. If we are unavailable, please leave a message on the answer phone and we will contact you back. Again, please note that Kal’s Return will only return calls to a landline number.

Delivery:
If you have a specific delivery day request, we will do our very best to do this for you. Otherwise all goods are sent out on Thursday by Royal Mail, using their Special Delivery service. This will require a signature from you. If an item gets lost in the post, please contact Kal’s Return Jewellery as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address stated is incorrect. Should you wish to change the delivery address and the order is in progress, please contact Kal’s Return as soon as possible, preferably by telephone.
Whilst we take great care to ensure that your order is delivered on time we cannot be held liable for any late deliveries. If you need to confirm a certain date, please check with us.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to the goods pass to you.
Delivery Charges to Great Britain:
Free
UK postage on all jewellery except Tiaras. There may be a charge if we are working on an ongoing commission via the post.
Overseas Orders:
Please email us with your request and we will notify you of delivery charges etc.
Returning Goods and Refunds:
We hope that you will love your purchase from Kal’s Return. If, however you are unhappy for any reason, please return the goods within seven working days for a replacement or a refund.
All postage and packaging costs are non-refundable and payable by the customer.
Please take care to ensure that you package your returns well and securely. Kal’s Return Jewellery recommends that customers use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service.
Please ensure that you choose the appropriate level of insurance with regard to the value of the goods being returned. Kal’s Return reserve the right to make a charge for goods returned damaged or for goods that get lost in the post.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
If you like your jewellery but it needs altering in any way then we can do that for you.
Cancellations:
Any order placed, may be cancelled within 24 hours by email or telephone. In the event of goods being dispatched inadvertently within this time, goods should be returned unopened. A refund including postage costs will be made upon receipt of unopened and undamaged goods.
Special Orders:
If you would like something made to order, Kal’s Return will be pleased to be of service. Kal’s Return Jewellery will request a non refundable deposit before such orders are undertaken; however the balance is only payable once you the customer are happy with the finished article. In respect of commissions valuing over £100.00 Kal’s Return Jewellery will request current credit card details from the customer at the onset of the order.
Alterations
If you would like your necklace lengthened or shortened, Kal's Return will be happy to do this for you. Please let us know the length you require, when ordering. For shortening, we charge just £1.00 and for lengthening we charge £1.00 per inch. For lengthening up to one inch, we will add extra Sterling Silver links on the back of the necklace
Variations:
Each piece of jewellery in the Kal’s Return range is unique and handmade. Therefore there will always be slight differences in each piece. All sizes are approximate and colour matches cannot be guaranteed. If you have specific requirements, please contact us using the 'contact us' button on the home page (leaving a landline number only please) and we will be happy to help however we can.
