How to Order

Paying by Debit / Credit cards.
You don't need to have a Pay Pal account if you want to purchase from my website, simply follow the checkout stages with Pay Pal.

Returning Goods and Refunds:
I hope that you will love your purchase from Kal's Return Jewellery. If, however you are unhappy for any reason, please return the goods within fourteen working days for a replacement or a refund. Items must be returned in immaculate and unworn condition.
All postage and packaging costs are non-refundable and payable by the customer, except if the item is faulty, then I will refund the original postage.
Please take care to ensure that you package your returns well and securely. Kal's Return Jewellery recommends that customers use Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. Please ensure that you choose the appropriate level of insurance with regard to the value of the goods being returned. Kal's Return reserve the right to make a charge for goods returned damaged or for goods that get lost in the post.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.

How to order from Kal's Return Jewellery
Making a purchase order could not be easier. Just browse the site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. You can choose to pay by Google, Pay Pal or by cheque.
After you have finished your selection, if you are paying by cheque print the page off, enclose your payment made payable to Kal's Return, and post to the following address:

Please leave a land line number with your order, Thank you!

Kal's Return Jewellery is not VAT registered so all prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

On receiving your order I will send you an Order Acknowledgement confirming details and price of the items that you have chosen. This will normally be sent by email.
If the goods that you have ordered are not available then I will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the choice of either:
- Cancelling your order or
- Waiting until the goods are available. I will endeavour to as accurate as possible regarding delivery dates.

Special Requirements Box.

If you like a product but what it in a different length / colour etc, please just fill out the 'Special Requirements" box when you order.

Orders by Post:
We will need to know:
1) What item(s) you would like to order plus their product code numbers.
2) Your name and address (plus delivery address, if different.)
3) A telephone contact number (please note that Kal's Return will only use land line telephone numbers.)
4) An email address if you have one.
You will also need to enclose payment along with your details.

Please note that Kal's Return will only normally return calls to a land line number. If you get the answer machine, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

As all the products on this site are handmade by me, please allow at least 14 days plus delivery. If you need your item more quickly, please let me know with your order. On most occasions I can accommodate more urgent orders but please let me know!

If you have a specific delivery day request, I will do our very best to do this for you. All goods are sent out by Royal Mail. If an item gets lost in the post, please contact Kal's Return Jewellery as soon as possible.

I cannot be held responsible if the delivery address stated is incorrect. Should you wish to change the delivery address and the order is in progress, please contact Kal's Return Jewellery as soon as possible, preferably by telephone.

Whilst I do take great care to ensure that your order is delivered on time I cannot be held liable for any late deliveries. If you need to confirm a certain date, please check with me. If your order is urgent I will ask that you upgrade your delivery service. No refunds will be issued for goods that arrive late if you haven't upgraded.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to the goods pass to you.
Non Delivery of Goods.If for some reason your order has not been delivered, please contact me as soon as possible. For worldwide deliveries I use Royal Mail Track and Trace service. Depending on where in the world you are, delivery times can be from 5 to 25 days. Please contact me within 30 days of non delivery so that I can investigate. Please be aware that different delivery companies only keep records for a certain period of time. Unfortunately I cannot refund or replace orders after 90 days after the estimated delivery date.

International Orders
I use Royal Mail's International Track and Trace Service. I will give you your parcel tracking number. Please keep an eye on your parcel so that you'll know when it's likely to be delivered to your address as you will need to sign for it. Unfortunately I cannot give a refund if your postal carrier has tried to deliver and you have not collected your parcel.Should your parcel be delivered back to me due to non collection, I will cover half the value of the return postage

Delivery Charges to Great Britain:
Free for the UK except for some special commissions but I will let you know if there will be a postage cost.

Overseas Orders:
Please contact me and I will be happy to advise you on postage rates.

Any order placed, may be cancelled within 24 hours by email or telephone. In the event of goods being dispatched inadvertently within this time, goods should be returned unopened. A refund including postage costs will be made upon receipt of unopened and undamaged goods.

Special Orders:
If you would like something made to order, Kal's Return Jewellery will be pleased to be of service.
Kal's Return Jewellery may request a small non refundable deposit before such orders are undertaken; however the balance is only payable once you the customer are happy with the finished article.

In respect of commissions valuing over £100.00 Kal's Return may request a small non refundable deposit from the customer at the onset of the order.

I will in most cases, take photographs of 'work in progress" which you will be able to view under your name in the 'current Commissions" section of When you look at your images,if you see anything that you would like me to change, simply contact me. In most cases there won't be a charge for this unless a lot more materials are needed but I will advise you first.

Because gemstones are a natural product there may be slight variations in colour from the image you see on the web. I try to be as accurate as possible but if you are not entirely happy then simply return your purchase.
